Subscriptions

When you purchase a Kettlebee program, you are signing up for a recurring subscription. Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically based on your billing cycle. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it.

Your right to cancel

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your purchase date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at kettlebee.io@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and we will process a full refund.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. To do so, notify us at least 30 days before your next billing date by emailing kettlebee.io@gmail.com. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations requested after the 14-day withdrawal period are not eligible for a refund on the current billing period.

Free trial

Kettlebee offers a free 7-day trial with no credit card required. If you choose not to continue after your trial, no action is needed and you will not be charged.
