Refund policy

Your right to a refund

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your payment date without giving any reason. To request a refund, contact us at kettlebee.io@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and we will process a full refund.

Program start dates and pro-rata refunds

All Kettlebee programs begin on the Monday following your purchase. If you purchase on a Monday, your program starts that same day. In that case, if you request a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will issue a refund minus a pro-rata deduction for the days of access already used.

After the 14-day withdrawal period

After the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. See our cancellation policy for details on how to cancel.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing kettlebee.io@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please notify us at least 30 days before your next payment date. You will retain access to your program until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid billing period, except where required by law.
